17 Point Furnace Tune-Up

We will have one of our Service Technicians perform all of these steps to rejuvenate your furnace:

 

  1. Test airflow passage for carbon monoxide.
  2. Vacuum, clean and brush heat exchanger.
  3. Inspect heat exchanger for cracks, holes, rust and separations.
  4. Clean or change furnace filters
  5. Check and tighten all wire connections.
  6. Check for natural gas leaks.
  7. Clean blower housing and remove debris.
  8. Adjust fan belt (if necessary).
  9. Adjust gas pressure to max efficiency.
  10. Thermostat calibration.
  11. Inspect thermal couple / lighter for proper burn.
  12. Test fan and furnace limit for safety.
  13. Test gas valve for delayed ignition.
  14. Inspect for dangerous combust able material.
  15. Inspect for flue blockage.
  16. Measure manifold pressure.
  17. Lubricate all moving parts.

You are now identified as a "Preferred Customer" which entitles you to priority service and special cash discounts on certain repairs and replacements. You will soon experience something that no amount of money can buy. We call it "Peace of Mind", knowing that your home, your family and your budget have now all been protected.

1) Repair parts not covered by this plan or manufacture's warranty will be charged at prevailing list price, less a 10% discount for your "Preferred Customer" status.
2) The hourly service repair rate for work performed but not covered by this plan will be charged at prevailing rates less a 10% discount for your "Preferred Customer" status.
3) All repair parts and workmanship on work covered by this plan are warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
4) Repair services requested shall be provided during normal working hours, Monday through Friday. Repair services requested by customer for other than normal working hours shall be charged at the current overtime rate, less a 10% discount for your "Preferred Customer" status.
5) To obtain service in either normal or emergency situations, simply call and you will receive priority service over non plan holders.
6) This plan is fully transferable to subsequent owners of the current home, in the event you sell the home under which this agreement was originally written.
